Long-Term Stays

Monthly RV sites on 23 acres in Alma

A pull-through of your own for the month, minutes from the I-40 and I-49 interchange.

A month starts with a phone call

Long-term sites go by availability, and availability changes, so the first move is a conversation, not a checkout page. Call the office at 479-632-2704, say how long you plan to stay and what you pull, and they will tell you which sites are open.

The monthly rate is $650. Current long-term offers are available from the office, so ask when you call rather than guessing from an old ad. The office is open Monday through Saturday from 9 to 6 and Sunday from 1 to 6.

What a month on one site looks like

You get what the nightly guests get, held for longer: a full-hookup pull-through 100 feet long and 30 feet wide, 30 or 50 amp electric, water and sewer at your pad, garbage included, and a fire pit that is only yours. Ask the office how electric is handled on a monthly stay so there are no surprises on the first bill.

Chores are covered close by. A laundromat stays open 24 hours, there are full bath houses, and the general store sells ice, drinks, snacks, propane refills and bundles of wood. WiFi runs across the grounds for anyone working from the rig.

Living here, not just parked here

The pond is catch-and-release, the saltwater pool runs seasonally, and there is a playground for kids staying with you. Pets and families are welcome. Hiking trails are about five minutes away.

Harps Grocery and Walmart Supercenter are within two miles for the weekly shop, and Alma sits just off I-40 and I-49 with Fort Smith to the west.
